SIGN UP WITH THEMAIL
You have a choice of ways in which to setup your account. If you are an existing customer email domainsupport@themail.co.uk with the user name and password that you want. We will usually get back to you within 24 hours on a normal workday or ring the help line 01424 830900 for instant response during working hours (10am - 6pm M-F). If you request common names we will need alternatives in case they are gone. If you are a new user email signup@themail.co.uk, we will email you a signup file, double click it and following the instructions. This will create a new dialup networking connection for Themail without interfering with your existing account settings. When this is done you can get onto the Internet immediately and the start page will tell you how to set up your email if you need it. Alternatively if you do not want to use themail for email but want an anonymous dialup account for web surfing then you can find this anonymous@themail.co.ukhere. This will create a dialup account which you can use with all other Internet services without supplying personal details.

Remember if you set up an email account you need to connect at least once every three months to avoid the mail box being trashed by the maintenance system. There is no monthly charge for a themail account. All calls are local call rate anywhere in the UK.
